Refund policy
Returns + Exchanges
Please note we only accept returns for an exchange/store credit. Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have lapsed, unfortunately we can't accept your return requests.
To be eligible for a return,
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have tags attached and also be in the original packaging.
2. We strongly advise you to inspect your purchases when you received them. Any faults/flaws must be reported within 15 days after you receive the items - in condition the item hasn't been washed.
3. Unfortunately, we do not accept return for a change of mind - so please choose your products carefully. Any questions, please contact us at frankie_designs@outlook.com
4. Frankie & Co Designs have the right to deny returns if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
5. Return for an exchange applicable for Australian customers only
6. If you ordered a wrong size and return them for an exchange, you will then be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Also, an additional shipping fee for the replacement item will be at your expense.

Please send your returns via Australia Post trackable shipping. Frankie & Co designs are not responsible for missing/lost packages.

*** We suggest using paypal as you payment option as they currently offer free returns and will refund you the costs of returning your items (please note conditions do apply so make sure you read the fine print)
